Senior Business Development Manager Wanted

ICON Finance is looking for a Senior BDM to develop international sales through conferences, personal networking, and a network of external partners.

▪️Tasks ▫️Attract clients and bring them to the first deal. ▫️Participate in 8–10 international conferences per year. ▫️Schedule meetings, conduct negotiations, and follow up. ▫️Develop a network of external BDM partners. ▫️Maintain CRM, pipeline, and form a BD playbook.

▪️Requirements ▫️Experience in international B2B sales or Business Development. ▫️Ability to independently find and close clients. ▫️English from B2 level. ▫️Willingness to travel for business. ▫️Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, OTC, gambling, affiliate, or high-risk is a plus.

▪️Conditions ▫️Full-time, remote. ▫️Direct reporting to the CEO. ▫️Fixed salary during the probation period — 2,500 USDT gross. ▫️Bonus — 5% of the Gross Profit of attracted clients for 12 months. ▫️Payments in USDT. ▫️Compensation review after the probation period. ▫️The company fully covers flights, hotel, tickets, and transfers. Per diem — $150 per day. ▫️Coworking compensation up to 200 USDT. ▫️Up to 20 days of paid vacation. ▫️Career growth: Upon building a working BD channel, a network of external partners, and achieving target indicators — transition to the position of Head of Business Development, opportunity to hire a team, and a percentage of the direction's results.
