Seeking a BD Manager

Company: NDA Work Format: remote, full-time Candidate Location: outside of RF and RB

We are an international Web3 project and one of the top aggregators of crypto exchangers.

Responsibilities**:** • Searching for and attracting partners (wallets, platforms, DeFi); • Conducting negotiations in English: presenting the product and closing deals; • Managing deals and pipeline in CRM (HubSpot); • Supporting partners until launch (compliance + integration); • Developing partners and growing volumes.

What we expect from the candidate: • 2+ years of experience in BD / partnerships in Web3 (crypto, DeFi, wallets, swap projects); • Experience in the full deal cycle: from attraction to growth after integration; • Ability to explain a complex product (API, liquidity, cross-chain) in simple terms for business; • English B2+ (negotiations and correspondence); • Experience with CRM (HubSpot or equivalent); • Remote work from any country except RF and RB.
