Partner Network Development Director

Project in the field of investments and cryptocurrencies. The product NeuroTrader is an automated spot trading service on exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, etc.). The product is already operational, has a base of loyal clients, and bloggers ready for collaborations and partnerships.

We are looking for someone to help build and develop the network for the long term.

We need an expert with real experience in building MLM structures – a top leader from a major network company who understands firsthand how team recruitment, training, retention, and motivation work.

Your responsibilities:

• Development and improvement of the partner program's marketing plan

• Searching for and attracting leaders with their own audience

• Building a system for partner training and onboarding

• Support, assistance, and motivation for the existing network

• Analyzing network growth and adjusting strategy

• Salary from 420,000 RUB (5000 USD) + KPI (terms and goals to be discussed during the interview)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building network structures (MLM), top status in a major company

• Experience in training, hiring, and motivating teams

• Understanding of marketing plan principles and status levels

• English proficiency is an advantage, not required
