We are Mira Search, a recruitment agency from Dubai. We are looking for a strong leader for a dynamic fintech company (payment solutions) that is scaling its business.

What you will do: • Strategy: build and optimize the sales process from scratch to scaling. • Team: implement KPIs, hire, train and motivate the sales team. • Growth: actively attract new clients through networking and partnerships. • Interaction: work closely with the marketing and product departments so that sales align with the platform's capabilities. • Reporting: analyze metrics, forecast revenue, and report to management. • Representation: represent the company at conferences and events.

What we are looking for: • Experience in fintech/payments: deep understanding of B2B SaaS, payment platforms, orchestration, or white-label solutions. • Sales experience: successful cases of building sales departments and achieving revenue targets. • Leadership: ability to manage a team in a rapidly changing environment. • Strategic thinking: ability to translate business goals into clear tasks. • Languages: fluent English (mandatory). Russian is a plus. • Soft skills: entrepreneurial spirit, results-orientation, and process-building skills.
