Head of Sales | FinTech / Payments

🌍 Company: International Payment Provider 🌐 Format: remote

We are an international payment provider actively scaling. We are currently looking for a strong Head of Sales to lead the sales department, take responsibility for expanding our client portfolio, and build an effective commercial strategy in global markets.

Responsibilities: ▪️ Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy in the payments segment; ▪️ Attract international merchants (including high-risk and iGaming verticals); ▪️ Build long-term relationships with our key clients and develop a partner network; ▪️ Manage the sales team: build processes, set goals, and monitor KPI achievement; ▪️ Conduct key negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and agree on cooperation terms; ▪️ Closely interact with our product, operational, and payment teams to develop the business.

What's important to us: ▪️ Experience in B2B sales in FinTech, payments, PSP, acquiring, or related niches; ▪️ Understanding of payment infrastructure, payment methods, and specifics of working with international merchants; ▪️ Proven experience in attracting major clients and conducting complex commercial negotiations; ▪️ Experience in building and managing a sales team with KPI alignment; ▪️ Proficient English for working with foreign partners; ▪️ Expertise in high-risk / iGaming.
