Financial Manager (Crypto Processing)

Hi! We are developing a company in the field of crypto processing and are looking for an experienced financial manager to help build a transparent financial system, control cash flows, and ensure the stable operation of the financial department.

📌 What needs to be done: • Cash Flow management and control • Weekly reconciliations and financial reporting • Financial accounting and interaction with the accounting department • Control of monetary cash flow • Preparation of financial data for the CEO • Participation in the optimization of financial processes and reporting • Maintaining order in financial documentation

👉Key requirements: • Higher economic education • At least 3 years of experience as a financial manager • Proficient in Excel (mandatory) • Experience working with accounting and financial reporting • System thinking and attention to detail • Initiative and independence in work • English language will be an advantage, but is not mandatory • We are considering candidates residing outside the Russian Federation • Experience in cryptocurrencies, crypto processing, payment services, or fintech will be a significant advantage • We are looking for a specialist who knows how to work with numbers and take responsibility for the company's financial circle
