We are an international EdTech startup creating a marketplace for English-language courses in longevity, health, and self-development. We operate in the US, Canadian, UK, Australian, and European markets. Our ambitious goal is to become a top-3 global health and longevity platform within 5 years. We are successfully selling our courses through Meta Ads and are now starting to develop a new direction.
Responsibilities:
— Development and implementation of a traffic acquisition strategy in TikTok Ads (Tier 1) from scratch
— Launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns
— Budget management and responsibility for key metrics (CPA / ROAS)
— Leading a team of media buyers and monitoring their KPIs (during team expansion)
— Building a systematic process for testing creatives and ad sets
Requirements:
— Proven experience as a Lead in TikTok Ads
— Successful experience with Tier 1 traffic acquisition
— Team management experience
— Skills in scaling and budget management
— Strong analytical skills and results-orientation
— Experience in EdTech / mobile apps / e-commerce will be an advantage
— Leadership qualities, responsibility for results, proactivity
