🚀 **Team Lead TikTok Ads **(iGaming, remote)
We are looking for a Team Lead TikTok Ads for a product-focused iGaming team.
Responsibilities: — Launching and scaling TikTok Ads campaigns — Building infrastructure for a new traffic source — Finding and developing profitable connections — Hiring and developing a team of buyers — Managing budgets and ROAS — Interaction with teams
Requirements: — Experience as Senior Media Buyer / Team Lead (TikTok) — Successful cases in the last 3–4 months — Understanding of connection scaling principles — Team management experience or readiness to take responsibility — Experience working with high budgets
