Outsourcing Talent Partner

We’re looking for an Outsourcing Talent Partner to help us shape how we work with external talent: from vendors and outstaffing partners to flexible, contract-based hiring across technical and non-technical roles. This role sits at the intersection of: – recruitment – vendor management – and workforce strategy You won’t just run processes — you’ll help design how this works at scale across a global company used by millions of developers.
