We’re hiring two Engineering Managers at Wayve Japan to lead talented teams working on real-world autonomous driving.

ML Engineering Manager, Application Software — Tokyo (hybrid)

Lead a team localising and advancing our AI Driver for Japan. We’re looking for a technical leader with experience in robotics/autonomy (or strong interest in the space), broad engineering fluency across software, ML and systems integration, and the ability to build and grow high-performing teams.

Engineering Manager, SRE – Autonomous Vehicle Fleet — Yokohama (hybrid)

Lead our fleet reliability team, improving the safety, availability and scalability of autonomous vehicles in Japan. We’re looking for an engineering manager with strong SRE/production systems expertise, hands-on technical judgement, and experience building teams that use software and automation to solve operational challenges.
