VP, Product Operations

As VP, Product Operations, you'll help shape how our Product & Engineering organization scales, executes, and delivers strategic outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and organizational excellence.

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise-wide product portfolio planning and prioritization
• Establish governance frameworks that improve transparency and decision-making
• Drive operational excellence across Product and Engineering teams
• Deliver executive insights through data, metrics, and portfolio reporting
• Build high-performing teams while enabling scalable growth and execution

What you bring

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Product Operations, PMO, Portfolio Management, Product Management, or Strategy
• Deep expertise in planning, governance, portfolio management, and operational execution
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Strategy
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging metrics and business insights for decision-making
• Experience leading and developing teams in complex technology organizations
• SaaS, healthcare technology, or high-growth technology industry experience preferred
