Tasks (what needs to be done):

1. Refine the business plan into a full document for an investor/partner:

   • Check the logic and completeness of sections (based on my draft).
   • Develop a sales plan by channel (distribution, marketplaces, HoReCa — there is a section in my plan, but figures and deadlines are needed).
   • Detail the investment plan: startup costs (equipment, raw materials, packaging, licenses), fixed and variable expenses.
   • Add risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
   • Formulate an investor summary (1 page).
   • Conduct analysis of the Russian market, competitors, and target audience.
   • Build a financial model (Cash Flow, P&L) for 3–5 years.

2. Develop the brand "legend" and positioning for the designer:

   • Formulate brand values, character, tone of communication.
   • Describe the target audience profile.
   • Compare with competitors and identify a visual unique selling proposition (how your design should differ from competitors).

3. Prepare technical specifications for the designer (what identity to create, what deliverables are needed).

Requirements:

*   Experience in developing business plans for FMCG / food production.
*   Proficient in Excel (financial models, scenarios, NPV, IRR).
*   Understanding of margins, CAC, LTV, break-even point.
*   Ability to structure information and write clear texts.

Result:

Full business plan (30+ pages) + financial model in Excel + technical specifications for the designer.

Work format: project-based (2–3 weeks).
