We are developing a system of support tools for Yandex 360 services. Support employees use our product daily to help users solve problems with Mail, Disk, Telemost, Documents, and other services. We design interfaces that allow them to find the necessary information faster, make decisions, and work effectively with complex scenarios.

We are looking for an intern designer who is interested in designing complex systems with a large amount of data, interconnections, and user scenarios.

What tasks await you

Work with the product

You will be responsible for designing interfaces for internal and external support tools, thinking through user scenarios, data structure, and information architecture.

Work with the team

You will actively interact with designers, the project manager, development and testing teams, and clients.

We expect you to

— Have experience working on administrative panels or interfaces with a large volume of data

— Be able to structure information and justify your decisions

— Think systemically and be attentive to detail
