We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to organize transparent development processes, manage cross-functional teams, and support functional capabilities from task definition to release.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Management of the full lifecycle of feature development: from briefing and decomposition to release and results analysis.
• Audit of existing processes and their optimization.
• Development of processes taking into account the specifics of the team and product.
• Organization of the workspace in Jira or ClickUp systems.
• Configuration of projects, boards, statuses, workflows, templates, and dashboards.
• Preparation of documentation, user scenarios, checklists, and flowcharts.
• Independent formation and filling of tasks for cross-functional teams.
• Decomposition of functional capabilities into tasks for Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, and design teams.
• Identification of dependencies between tasks, teams, and development stages.
• Estimation of effort in hours in collaboration with the teams.
• Planning of deadlines and team workload control.
• Backlog management and task prioritization in collaboration with product managers and team leads.
• Monitoring of statuses, deadlines, risks, and blockers.
• Conducting planning, grooming, retrospectives, and other team meetings.
• Organization and support of planned releases, new feature releases, and hotfixes.
• Preparation of release checklists and control of the readiness of all participants.
• Configuration of automations within Jira or ClickUp.
• Configuration of integrations between task tracking systems, Slack, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Implementation of neural networks for creating, filling, and updating tasks.
• Automation of project processes using neural networks.
• Maintenance of up-to-date documentation and processes.
• Preparation of regular status reports for the team and stakeholders.
• Transformation of business requirements into clear tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing projects involving Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, and design teams.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence or ClickUp systems.
• Experience configuring and reorganizing processes in task tracking systems.
• Experience creating workflows, templates, dashboards, and automations.
• Experience configuring integrations between task tracking systems, Slack, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Practical experience in automating workflows using neural networks.
• Skills in using neural networks for creating and filling tasks, generating acceptance criteria, decomposing functional capabilities, and updating documentation.
• Ability to independently identify and implement artificial intelligence application scenarios to reduce routine operations.
• Ability to independently form complete and clear technical specifications.
• Skills in decomposing large functional capabilities and managing dependencies.
• Experience in estimating effort and planning team workload.
• Experience in organizing and supporting releases.
• Understanding of the digital product development lifecycle.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles, code review process, and working with technical debt.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban methodologies and the ability to adapt processes to team specifics.
• Basic Figma skills.
• Basic understanding of SQL and monitoring tools, including Grafana or Kibana.
• Understanding of Telegram Mini Apps, WebView, and TMA SDK specifics.
• Ability to identify risks and blockers before the development stage begins.
• Meeting facilitation and agreement documentation skills.
• Understanding of the relationship between effort, resources, and project budget.
• Systems thinking, independence, and attention to detail.
