Looking for Research Platform Engineers at 42 Main stack — Go / Rust Immediately important: this is not a classic platform / infrastructure role.

We are looking for strong product-minded engineers who are interested in creating a platform as a product — understanding users, their workflows and bottlenecks, and turning them into solutions that they will actually use. The users are our own quant researchers and AI agents.

We are building the Research Platform from scratch: it should integrate the entire journey from research hypothesis to production and allow researchers to generate, test, and launch new strategies faster.

What's inside: → research → backtest/simulation → production path without rewriting the strategy → unified data layer for market and alternative data → reproducible environments and deployment workflows → API and machine-readable interfaces for AI-driven research → a lot of direct work with researchers and influence on what exactly we are building
