About the Product and Company
We are developing a high-tech AI tool for launching and managing advertising campaigns within the Telegram ecosystem, designed to help brands grow faster and more effectively. We don't just "buy traffic"; we provide an intelligent engine that optimizes advertising campaigns at a level unattainable by manual management.
We operate within the Minders venture builder, which gives us access to global expertise, resources, and the ability to rapidly implement the boldest technological solutions.
Your Role: Key Account Manager
Our structure doesn't have a traditional "support." We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will become a business partner for our clients. Your task is not to "serve," but to ensure client success by leveraging the product's potential to scale their services and products.
Key Metrics:
LTV (Lifetime Value) and NRR (Net Revenue Retention). Your success is long-term and growing relationships with brands.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Scaling: Help clients grow their businesses (services, products, offerings) by integrating our product's capabilities into their marketing strategy.
- Success Management: You will deeply understand client goals and ensure the tool delivers maximum results. You are proactive: proposing new approaches before the client even asks.
- Working in High-Growth Verticals: Supporting mid-sized and large clients from segments like IT, Fintech, Crypto, Digital Services, and other dynamic niches. You speak their business and data language.
- Analytical Synergy: Collaborate with the team to transform campaign data into clear client insights and scaling plans.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3–5 years in strong marketing agencies or AdTech companies in Senior positions.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the advertising market, traffic buying mechanisms, analytics systems, and the specifics of brand promotion in digital.
- Business Verticals: Experience working with Fintech, Crypto, or complex technological services will be your advantage.
- AI-Native: You haven't just heard about neural networks; you live and breathe them. You use LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and AI agents as an "exoskeleton" for your work: for data analysis, strategy preparation, communication automation, and report generation.
- Efficiency: We value people who can leverage technology to work many times more effectively, freeing up time for deep strategic client communication.
