Junior Sales Manager / Hunter (AdTech)

We are a digital advertising team, working with direct publishers and advertisers worldwide since 2018. We provide quality traffic, geography — Tier 1–3, 240+ countries, formats: banner, popunder, push, etc.

We are currently developing the commercial direction and are looking for sales managers. We consider candidates with experience from various fields — we will train you in everything related to online advertising.

🚀 Your responsibilities will include: — Searching for and attracting new advertisers and partners worldwide — Finding clients through LinkedIn, Google, Telegram, and other online sources — Building communication: from initial contact to negotiations and the start of cooperation — Conducting negotiations with international partners (primarily in English) — Working with CRM and expanding the advertiser portfolio

✅ What's important to us: — Sales experience and the ability to independently find an approach to clients — Confident English (B2 level and above) — for communication and negotiations — Communication skills, initiative, ability to present convincingly — Result-orientation and a desire to grow in sales — Basic analytical skills: confident work with numbers and percentages

➕ An advantage will be: sales experience in premium banking services, real estate, automotive, or other areas with active client engagement.
