Vacancy: Senior Product Manager — Friends Subscription
Goal
Manage the development of the Arbuz Friends subscription product — from strategy and launching new subscription tiers to scaling to hundreds of thousands of subscribers.
You will be responsible for the entire Arbuz Friends subscription product: product strategy, pricing, tiers, benefits, and integrations with Freedom ecosystem services.

Scope of Responsibility
1. Subscription Product
- Subscription product strategy: tiers, prices, benefits
- Development of different subscription tiers (basic, advanced, premium)
- Subscription metrics management: trial→paid conversion, retention, churn, subscriber LTV
- A/B tests of offers and pricing mechanics
2. Subscriber Growth
- Development and scaling of acquisition mechanics: trial, promo, welcome-flow
- Management of retention and renewal mechanics: pre-churn communication, win-back
- Subscriber onboarding: benefit activation in the first few weeks
- Upsell path between tiers
3. Freedom Ecosystem
- Integrations with Freedom ecosystem services (connecting their benefits to the subscription)
- Cross-product initiatives with partners
Key Success Metrics
- Number of active subscribers (significant growth)
- Trial → paid subscription conversion rate
- Retention rate and average subscriber lifetime
- Subscriber ARPU

What We're Looking For
- Experience in a product role
- 4-5+ years as a Senior Product Manager
- Experience with subscription products, e-commerce, or fintech — mandatory
- Understanding of product analytics: retention, cohorts, A/B tests, LTV, CAC, unit economics
- Ability to build CJM, find growth opportunities in data and user insights
- Leadership and facilitation skills: working with cross-functional teams, formulating priorities, defending hypotheses
- Think big: ambition to build a subscription for hundreds of thousands of subscribers. Understanding that such scale requires a different approach to planning, strategy, and prioritization — not just linear improvement of the current product.
- AI-first approach: we are becoming an AI-native company. We expect the ability to work with AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and similar) to accelerate work. Examples in your resume/interview: how you implemented AI to optimize routine tasks, analyze data, prototype, automate processes.
- Will be a plus: experience with subscription products at any stage (launch, scaling, optimization), experience with ecosystems/superapps, experience with partnerships
