About the Vacancy
We are currently looking for a Product Manager at Kolesa.kz in the monetization department — a person who will be responsible for the product's revenue growth, making data-driven decisions, and managing the product as their own business.
This person quickly tests hypotheses, doesn't get bogged down in processes, and stays focused on what truly impacts results. They think in numbers and help the team see the concrete product effect behind each task.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work of development teams and their results, upon which the product will be built;
- Prepare clear technical specifications, transforming business requirements into tasks understandable for developers;
- Oversee the development of websites and mobile applications;
- Validate product hypotheses through A/B tests, qualitative and quantitative research;
- Work on product strategy;
- Analyze and express the results of releases in numbers.

- Ability to calculate project economics both independently and in collaboration with analysts;
- Skills in working with business models and their changes;
- Knowledge and ability to work with metrics such as ARPPU, ARPU, %PU;
- Ability to take responsibility for your work and see it through to completion;
- Skills in working with limited resources, strictly adhering to deadlines;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to defend your point of view, backing it up with data;
- Ability to lead people and achieve results together with the team.

Selection Stages
- Interview with HR (5–10 minutes, phone). We will tell you about the company and the position, and you will share your previous work experience and achievements.
- Interview with Team Lead (60 minutes, Google Meet / Offline). HR together with the team lead will assess the necessary skills and evaluate the candidate according to our grades.
- Final Interview (60 minutes, Google Meet / Offline). We will assess how well we are a good fit for each other in terms of culture.
