Product Manager Vacancy at Krisha.kz (Monetization) in Almaty

At Kolesa Group, we build products that millions of people use every day. I work as a Product Manager at Krisha.kz in the monetization department, and I'm currently looking for someone to join the team.

A brief context: in monetization, we focus not on "paid features," but on how the product earns money through increased value and correct product solutions.

We are now strengthening this area and are looking for a PM who will work with us on this.

What's inside the role:

• searching for new revenue growth points
• formulating and testing hypotheses using data
• working with the funnel: users → active → paying → revenue
• influencing key metrics (ARPU, %PU, revenue)
• bringing solutions from idea to measurable result

Who we are looking for:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager (not project/delivery)
• experience with a B2C product with metrics
• cases where you have actually influenced conversion / revenue / ARPU
• ability to manage tasks end-to-end: from hypothesis to results in numbers
• thinking through hypotheses and prioritization, not through a task list
