Looking for a Product Manager for the Kolesa.kz monetization team 🚗

At this scale, even a small product improvement can significantly impact the business. And we are looking for someone who knows how to find these opportunities and turn them into revenue growth.

In this role, you will manage monetization as your own business: identify growth points, test hypotheses through research and A/B tests, and bring solutions to launch together with developers, analysts, and designers.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are confident in working with product economics, business models, and metrics such as ARPU, ARPPU, and the percentage of paying users. Experience in classifieds is a plus.

📍 Almaty, hybrid. We assist with relocation. 💰 1,150,000–1,750,000 ₸ 💼 3–6 years of experience.
