Friends, our young and friendly team is looking for an IT Product Manager (Full-Cycle) with good experience and a number of implemented projects.
Responsibilities:
- Control and manage projects in task managers (Jira, Trello);
- Monitor tasks for the entire development team;
- Check task completion and deadlines;
- Conduct weekly team meetings;
- Develop user flows and product business logic;
- Analyze and improve UX/UI in Figma from a business logic perspective, design User Stories;
- Develop detailed technical specifications, describe module logic and integrations (API);
- Manual functional testing, maintain bug reports;
- Control all stages and phases of development;
- Describe business processes and API integrations;
- Communicate with clients;
- Conduct presentations at all stages of development;
- Provide continuous feedback to clients;
- Prepare reports and demonstrations;
- Create and distribute tasks among developers;
- Prioritize tasks and decompose large tasks;
- Maintain the project calendar and roadmap.
An additional plus would be:
- Sales Manager experience;
- Front-end / Back-end developer experience;
- QA Engineer experience.
Requirements:
- Good UX/UI awareness (for proper product improvement);
- IT project development experience of 3+ years (web + mobile applications);
- Proficient in tools: Jira / Trello / Figma / Miro;
- Understanding of development fundamentals (frontend, backend, API, UI/UX, QA, DevOps);
- Experience in writing technical specifications, user stories, user flows, roadmaps;
- Client communication skills;
- System thinking and structure;
- Empathy and communication skills (understand both developers and clients);
- High responsibility;
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously (multitasking);
- "Pro" skills in bridging business and development;
- Initiative and self-organization.
