The DMS team is looking for an HDC System Analyst capable of navigating a large stream of operational and medical data. If you possess systematic thinking and the skill to read business requirements, approach technical tasks in a structured manner, and understand the journey from transformation to data appearing in showcases, then our team is waiting for you. Responsibilities
- Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements from business stakeholders;
- Designing data showcases (data model, attributes, business logic);
- Elaborating data flows from sources to showcases and BI;
- Creating prototypes using real data and obtaining stakeholder approval;
- Assigning tasks to developers (with readiness and acceptance criteria);
- Preparing data quality requirements for automated checks by the data quality team;
- Participating in task decomposition and estimation with the team;
- Participating in task acceptance (UAT, business logic verification);
- Interacting with BI developers and users and/or developing dashboards independently;
- Documenting data models and business logic.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / System Analyst in DWH;
- Proficient SQL (including query optimization);
- Experience in designing data showcases (star schema, denormalization);
- Understanding of DWH principles (main layers, Data Vault);
- Understanding of data mesh and data ownership principles;
- Experience in describing ETL/ELT logic (at the task assignment level);
- Ability to formalize requirements (user story, use case, data mapping s2t);
- Experience working with big data and multiple sources;
- Attention to data quality and details;
- Experience with AI tools and GenAI, and interest in this field will be an advantage.
