By its 29th anniversary, the company has unique experience in software solution development and continues to enhance its expertise: microservice architecture development, machine learning and artificial intelligence, IoT, product development, and enterprise automation.
We are currently seeking a Data Analyst with at least 1 year of experience to implement a project at a major Russian bank.
Candidate Expectations
Requirements and Project Documentation
- Experience in projects using one of the following methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, or RUP;
- Experience developing parts of project documentation (BRD, TRD, Technical Specification, Technical Project) according to established templates;
- Experience creating mapping tables or S2T under mentor supervision - for individual sources and data marts.
Data Warehouses and Modeling
- Understanding the purpose of the main layers of a dedicated DW environment: staging, integration layer/ODS, data mart layer/DDS;
- Understanding the principles of data historization: SCD1 and basic SCD2 scenarios;
- Understanding at least two approaches to data schemas: Star, Snowflake, Data Vault;
- Basic understanding of DW architecture and orchestration tools: ETL/ELT processes, schedulers.
SQL and DBMS
- Understanding of basic SQL functions, INNER/LEFT/RIGHT join types, basic filters, and conditions;
- Experience with any industrial DBMS: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL, Greenplum, or similar.
