What you will do:

Build and scale an effective outreach system.

Implement new processes, control the quality of work, and increase conversions at each stage of the funnel.
Analyze metrics, test hypotheses, and search for new growth points.

Knows how to build processes, work with analytics, and make data-driven decisions.
Is ready to take responsibility for the result and scale the direction.
