Requirements: -Gambling industry experience is mandatory; -Experience planning and executing engagement events such as tournaments, lotteries, jackpots, missions, quests for player retention; Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate promo economics and analyze results; -Expertise in gamification processes, including game mechanics, progression systems, and rewards; -Knowledge of client segmentation and player behavior analysis; -Understanding of A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize activities; -Familiarity with key metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR, etc.; -Experience with analytics tools: Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar.
