ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Office Manager who will become a reliable support for the manager and help effectively organize the company's work processes. Fixed terms are subject to review in the future.

REQUIREMENTS

• Readiness to work full-time.
• Spoken Czech, English, and Russian languages.
• B category driver's license
• Proficient in CRM, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Responsibility, organization, and mobility
• Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with internal reporting in CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Conduct business correspondence and email
• Organize purchases and ensure the office is supplied with everything necessary
• Search for and organize housing rental for employees
• Interact with landlords and resolve accommodation issues
• Control administrative processes
• Fulfill organizational and personal assignments of the manager
