Office Manager
Salary: from 2,000 € (fixed rate)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Czech time)
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Office Manager who will become a reliable support for the manager and help effectively organize the company's work processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting the manager in solving daily work tasks.
- Working with documentation, contracts, and internal reporting.
- Maintaining business correspondence and email.
- Organizing procurement and ensuring the office has everything necessary.
- Searching for and organizing rental accommodation for employees.
- Interacting with landlords and managing accommodation matters.
- Controlling administrative processes.
- Working with CRM systems, Excel, Google Sheets, and internal documentation.
- Fulfilling organizational and personal assignments from the manager.
Our expectations:
- Age from 30 years.
- Residency in the Czech Republic.
- No additional employment.
- Proficiency in Czech, English, and Russian languages.
- Possession of a category B driver's license.
- Readiness for business trips within the Czech Republic and other European countries if necessary.
- Confident command of CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets.
- High level of responsibility, organization, mobility, and the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.
