Performance Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing in Poland (E-commerce project) You can join as a strong Middle and grow to Head, or come directly as a leader. The main condition is to be hands-on and able to work with advertising yourself, not just manage contractors. 📍 Poland | Remote / Gdansk 🕒 Full-time 💰 Up to $2000 at Middle / Manager level 💰 For Head, from $2,000 + bonus system with no upper limit Final terms depend on the candidate's experience and level A company with its own production in Gdansk and a team of 120+ people is looking for a specialist who will take over performance marketing, work with contractors, and gradually build a full-fledged marketing department. What's required • independently launch and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads • work with large advertising budgets • analyze CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversions, and customer acquisition economics • test creatives, offers, landing pages, and new channels • control agencies and external contractors • set KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of their work • work in conjunction with the sales department • develop new markets and acquisition channels • systematize marketing processes • gradually form an internal marketing team For Head level additionally • full responsibility for the company's marketing • manage a budget of up to approximately $125,000 per month • develop new European markets • work directly with the owner • build a marketing department and strategy from scratch Who we are looking for • real hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying • confident work with Meta Ads and Google Ads • experience in independently managing advertising budgets • understanding of e-commerce and business metrics • experience working with contractors will be a big plus • willingness to combine strategy and operational work • residency in Poland • conversational Polish language skills • English B2+ • conversational Russian or Ukrainian language skills Suitable for both a strong specialist who wants to grow into a leader and a current Head of Marketing who is not afraid to independently access ad accounts and work hands-on. 📩 CV and questions about the vacancy: recruiter contact
