Gorno-Altaysk Airport** is seeking a Financial Director to ensure the company's financial stability during the active construction, current, and subsequent operation phases, establish a modern financial management system, and become a strategic partner to the management.
Gorno-Altaysk Airport is a strategic transport hub of the Altai Republic, implementing a large-scale airport modernization project. Within the framework of a concession agreement, a new airport terminal complex of over 30,000 sq. m is under construction, along with runway extension and apron expansion. By 2028, passenger traffic will increase to 1.5 million people per year, the airport will gain international status and become not only a crucial transit hub for international flights but also a driver for the development of the large-scale "Manzherok" tourist cluster – the largest investment project in Russia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the enterprise's financial strategy within approved business plans and concession agreements.
- Management of financial flows, control over financial discipline and contractual obligations.
- Ensuring the preparation of accurate financial statements.
- Optimization of the tax burden and management of the enterprise's financial risks.
- Organization of effective work of the finance department.
Priority Tasks:
- Ensure financing for the Company's investment program.
- Conduct an audit of the current budgeting and management accounting system.
- Analyze cost structure and develop a plan for cost optimization.
- Set up a financial control system for a large-scale investment project.
- Ensure financial readiness for increased passenger traffic.

Requirements:
Education and Qualifications:
- Higher education in Economics / Finance.
- Knowledge of the specifics of airport operations
Work Experience:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in a managerial role as a Financial Director.
- Experience in the airport business, airlines.
- Knowledge of airport specifics (operational activities, use of aerodrome infrastructure, interaction with airlines and service providers).

- Planning and budgeting. Preparation of long-term and current financial plans, budget formation for airport services, infrastructure maintenance) and control of their execution.
- Management of the full financial planning and budgeting cycle.

Specialized Software Knowledge:
- Proficient user of 1C:Accounting, budgeting, and planning systems.
