Responsibilities

What you will do:

• greet clients in the VIP office and create an atmosphere of comfort and trust
• answer client calls and transfer them to the appropriate employee
• advise clients on operations using self-service devices
• monitor office equipment, control the placement of advertising materials and press.

Requirements

We expect you to:

• have work experience as an administrator in any field
• speak fluently and know the rules of etiquette
• have the ability to use AI to simplify daily tasks
• be able to establish a trusting contact with the client
• be friendly and willing to help clients.
