About the team: We are the moderation team for a new Avito project. Our goal is to protect the platform from low-quality content. To achieve this, we are developing an automated loop (ML model inference and business rules), manual moderation (labeling tool for moderators), and other solutions for more specific tasks.

What tasks await you:

• develop a new moderation loop almost from scratch using Python and partially Go;
• participate in architectural design and selection of technical solutions;
• independently decompose tasks, clarify requirements, and bring work to completion;
• interact with product managers, analysts, and developers to bring tasks to production faster;
• occasionally develop back-office admin panels using React and TypeScript;
• integrate with ML/DS models for content classification and analysis.

We expect you to:

• be able to decompose tasks, make technical decisions, and move forward even with incomplete information;
• take responsibility not only for the code but also for the result;
• be ready to switch context and work with a large volume of new information;
• have a solid understanding of React and TypeScript at a level sufficient to develop back-office admin panels without front-end developer support, and be willing to do so occasionally;
• have experience with multilingualism.
