Today, within OSIPOV Business Transformation Group, we are forming the core team for a new digital product and seeking a person with product thinking, an architectural approach, leadership qualities, and a high level of communication.

For us, UX/UI is not about creating beautiful screens.

It's about understanding the user, building product logic, making decisions, influencing business development, and the ability to see the system as a whole.

In the first stage, our task is to jointly create and launch a working MVP into production.

Not a concept.

Not a set of mockups.

Not a presentation for investors.

But a real product that can enter the market and start delivering results.

Moreover, the MVP stage is important not only for the product.

It's important for getting to know each other.

We want to see how a person thinks, makes decisions, interacts with the team, takes responsibility, and brings tasks to completion.

Similarly, the candidate gets the opportunity to see us not through beautiful promises, but through real joint work.

We are not looking for people whom we plan to keep in executor roles for years.

If, during the MVP work, you demonstrate a high level of professionalism, leadership, and responsibility, further opportunities can be significantly broader than the initial role.

For us, a person's development does not end with a job title.

We are interested in strong specialists eventually transitioning from hands-on task execution to product development, team management, mentoring, training specialists, making strategic decisions, and launching new directions within our ecosystem.
