The Role

You own GTM end-to-end — KOL relationships, CT presence, community growth, TGE campaign strategy and execution. Week one you're in the trenches. No ramp-up period, no hand-holding. We move fast.

Proof of experience required

• Specific numbers, real cases, names.
• CV and Portfolio/cases (projects or communities you scaled).
• Best CT marketing case: Strategy + results in specific numbers.
• $50k TGE budget allocation: How do you split it and what do you expect?
• A campaign that failed: What happened, how did you manage it?
• Solana ecosystem network: Tier-1 VCs, top projects, KOLs.
• North Star metric for VOICE during TGE.
