Responsibilities:
- Development, training, and optimization of LLM models for processing texts in various languages
- Implementation and configuration of neural networks for natural language processing
- Research into the latest methods and approaches in machine learning specific to natural language processing
- Participation in research projects to improve model performance and quality
- Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to integrate developed models into company products
We expect from you:
- At least 1 year of experience in NLP
- Understanding of the current state of NLP (LLM): stay updated with the latest articles and SOTA in technologies
- General understanding of DL architectures used in NLP
- Knowledge and experience with classical machine learning algorithms and a desire to improve in this area
- Confident command of Python 3.10+ (PEP8, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Sklearn, Matplotlib/Seaborn/Plotly, xgboost, venv, conda, jupyter)
- Confident command of PyTorch: ability to quickly conduct experiments and fix architectures if needed
- Experience working in OS Linux (bash, grep, sed, awk, crontab, curl, ps, tail, head, pgrep, netstat, scp, rsync, ssh) and development for it
- Desirable:
- Experience in optimizing / distilling DL models for production
- Experience in model quantization
- Experience with LLM adapters
