MIDDLE SYSTEM ANALYST FOR THE KEDR PRODUCT

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Kedr 3.0 information system is a process management system for the Technical Block of PJSC "MTS", including processes for construction and operation of mobile and transport networks, technological leasing, and regulatory support. The system is operated in all branches of PJSC "MTS" and has about 10,000 users.

A team of 36 people works on the product, including architects, a designer, 11 analysts, 16 developers, a DevOps engineer, and testers. The team is distributed – employees work in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, and Nizhny Novgorod.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Creating artifacts for the analysis and design phase (describing requirements for processes and algorithms, developing technical solutions, preparing Use Cases, etc.);
• Approving requirements and design artifacts with the architect;
• Assigning tasks to developers and consulting them during implementation;
• Conducting a high-level check of implemented tasks for compliance with requirements;
• Analyzing the subject area and building information models based on identified business needs;
• Collecting and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements;
• Forming and maintaining working and operational documentation;
• Developing simple scripts in Groovy.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• From 3 years of experience as a system analyst or data analyst;
• Ability to work with requirements (collection, analysis, structuring, updating, etc.);
• Knowledge of notations (C4, BPMN, UML, etc.);
• Use of modeling and design tools (draw.io, Enterprise Architect, PlantUML, Archimate, Archi, etc.);
• Ability to write technical specifications, development briefs, and maintain project documentation;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Knowledge of the telecom subject area (will be a plus);
• Understanding of microservice architecture principles (will be a plus).
