In Lotte Hotel is looking for a Director of PR & Marketing.
As the Director of PR & Marketing, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Developing and implementing a brand strategy and communication plan to achieve short-term, medium-term, and long-term business goals.
- Conducting communication activities and local events in accordance with corporate standards, as well as analyzing all promotional campaigns.
- Effectively managing all local PR activities, media relations, and social media presence, taking into account our brand positioning goals.
- Leading the SMM team to engage the audience through traditional and new media.
- Utilizing existing media relationships and developing new contacts in business and trade publications.
- Handling media inquiries and coordinating interviews.
- Preparing content for press releases, bylined articles, and key presentations.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and presenting the results of PR activities on a quarterly basis.
- Continuously evaluating opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising placements.
- Developing relationships with opinion leaders to increase brand awareness in the professional community.
- Tracking relevant industry trends that affect clients and developing appropriate recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in public relations, marketing, and brand management.
- Successful experience in developing and implementing PR campaigns both locally and internationally.
- Established relationships with local and international business and trade media, bloggers, and influencers.
- Experience acting as an official company representative; confidence and skills in handling interviews in broadcast and print media.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Solid experience with social media (Instagram, Snapchat).
- Experience in organizing and conducting events.
- Higher education (bachelor's/master's degree) in marketing, advertising, communications, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory (written and spoken).
