We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager who wants to influence the outcome and be a driver of change. Your key focus will be implementing AI solutions into our business processes and professionally coordinating projects at all stages: from idea to results analysis.

Tasks awaiting you:

• Synchronization of teams involved in projects.
• Centralized task tracking, deadline control, communication coordination – creating a single point of entry for all project participants.
• Implementing a system for assessing the impact of tasks and projects on business results.
• Describing business processes, improving their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deep integration of AI into all company business processes.

We expect from the candidate:

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in fintech/investment/venture companies will be an advantage.
• You can quickly dive into the essence of tasks, maintaining pace and energy even under multitasking conditions.
• You love not just launching processes but seeing and building a system: evaluation, feedback, implementing improvements – this is your element.
• It is important for you to work with a strong team and see the real business results of your actions.
