Project Manager

Blackcat is a next-generation European fintech brand, built on the foundation of the licensed issuer Papaya Ltd (Malta). We are developing an ecosystem for personal and corporate finances that integrates accounts, cards, and crypto services.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will take on the management of marketing and digital projects, bring order to processes, and ensure predictability of timelines and results within a distributed team.

What you will be doing

— Managing Blackcat's marketing and digital projects — Planning, task decomposition, monitoring deadlines and quality — Setting up and maintaining ClickUp as the single hub for management — Managing team workload and priorities — Identifying risks, blockers, and bringing order to processes — Coordinating marketing, product, design, development, and contractors — Ensuring transparency of statuses and deadlines for management

What is important for us

— Experience as a Project Manager / Operations Manager in digital / marketing / IT — Ability to build processes and work in chaotic environments — Practical experience with ClickUp (or similar tools) — Experience working with distributed teams — Strong planning and execution monitoring skills — Systematic thinking, responsibility, ability to meet deadlines — English language skills for work communication
