What makes you a great fit:

• 1.5+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a similar role
• Experience working on cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and parallel workstreams
• Strong ownership and organizational skills: you can bring structure to an undefined initiative, build a clear plan, keep track of agreements and deadlines, and drive the project to completion
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with people at different levels of seniority without formal authority
• Strong executive communication skills: you can identify what matters in a large volume of complex information and turn it into clear key messages and visual materials
• B2+ English level for effective communication with an international team

Your bonus skills:

• Experience in a PMO, staff, or chief-of-staff function
• Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or another regulated industry
