UANT Limited is an international fintech company developing a crypto-payment ecosystem. We create products at the intersection of crypto, banking, and digital payments for users worldwide.
We are now actively scaling the product, launching new directions, and strengthening the team. We are looking for a Project Manager to help effectively coordinate processes, synchronize teams, and bring projects to fruition in a fast-growing fintech startup.
— Lead and coordinate projects within the company; — Synchronize the work of product, tech, design, marketing, and support teams; — Control deadlines, priorities, and task execution; — Build transparent communication between teams; — Help launch new products and features; — Work with risks, blockers, and changes in projects; — Maintain order in task tracking and project documentation.
— Project Manager experience of 3+ years; — Experience in fintech / crypto / IT product companies will be an advantage; — Ability to work in a multitasking environment with rapidly changing priorities; — Strong communication and process organization skills; — Experience with Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar tools; — Independence, systematic approach, and a high level of responsibility; — English language for work communication.
