Technical Project Manager (Fintech / Crypto)

UANT is an international fintech product that combines cryptocurrency infrastructure and everyday payment tools. We are developing virtual and physical cards, integrations with payment providers, a Telegram Mini App, and our own ecosystem of services for users worldwide.
We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to help manage the launch of new products, coordinate the work of internal teams and external partners, and bring complex projects to successful completion.
What you will be doing
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously: launching new card programs, integrations with partners, developing the mobile app and Telegram Mini App.
- Develop project plans, control deadlines, dependencies, and risks.
- Coordinate the work of development, support, compliance, operations, and external contractors.
- Organize project meetings and monitor the execution of agreements.
Working with Technical Teams
- Transform business requirements into understandable tasks for development.
- Participate in refining technical requirements together with the Tech Lead and Product Manager.
- Monitor tasks through their entire lifecycle: from idea to release.
- Assist teams in removing blockers and managing priorities.
Working with External Partners
- Coordinate integration projects with issuers, card providers, payment services, and technology partners.
- Monitor the fulfillment of obligations by both parties.
- Organize and support the launch process of new partner solutions.
- Manage communication between external vendors and internal teams.
Processes and Analytics
- Maintain transparency of project statuses for management.
- Maintain project documentation and a knowledge base.
- Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose improvements.
- Generate regular reports on key projects.
What we expect
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, banking, payments, or SaaS companies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a large number of participants simultaneously.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher for daily interaction with international partners.
- Ability to work independently and bring projects to completion.
It will be a big plus
- Experience with Visa/Mastercard card programs.
- Understanding of KYC/AML processes.
- Experience managing integration projects via API.
- Experience with cryptocurrency products.
- Understanding of payment processing principles.
