🚀 Seeking a Technical Project Manager (Payments / Fintech)

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join an international payment platform, acting as the crucial link between the business and the tech team. This role isn't about controlling deadlines for the sake of deadlines – it's about a deep understanding of architecture, integrations, and delivery.

What you'll do: • Manage technical projects from idea to production. • Coordinate integrations with PSPs, banks, and payment providers. • Decompose tasks with developers, QA, and DevOps. • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. • Manage risks, dependencies, and improve delivery processes.

What's important: ✔️ Experience as a Technical Project Manager / Technical Delivery Manager / System Analyst or similar role. ✔️ Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, PSP, Crypto, or iGaming. ✔️ Understanding of backend architecture, REST API, HTTP, JSON, webhooks. ✔️ Experience interacting with development teams. ✔️ Understanding of SDLC and experience with Jira/Confluence. ✔️ English proficiency from B1–B2.

Will be a big plus: 💡 Knowledge of the payment transaction lifecycle, payment routing, reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks. ⚙️ Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, CI/CD, or microservices architecture.
