About the Role

We are looking for a Junior/Middle Project Manager to help operationally manage tasks within the team and ensure the stable execution of current processes.

This is a role for someone who wants to grow in project management and is ready to deeply engage in daily operational work, communication, and task control.

You will work closely with a senior project manager and the team, helping to keep processes under control and bring tasks to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational support of current projects and team tasks
• Task assignment and monitoring in the task tracker
• Gathering statuses from the team and preparing regular updates
• Assisting in coordination between departments (product, dev, ops)
• Deadline control and reminders to team members
• Maintaining simple project documentation (spreadsheets, statuses, checklists)
• Supporting task execution processes "from request to result"
• Assisting in organizing meetings and documenting agreements

We are looking for someone who

• Has basic experience in a project / operations / coordination role (or a strong desire to grow)
• Is meticulous, structured, and enjoys order in tasks
• Can track deadlines and "push" for completion
• Is not overwhelmed by a large number of tasks
• Is proficient with Google Docs / Sheets / Notion / Jira (or learns quickly)
• Understands that this is a hands-on operational role

Bonus Points

• Experience in a support / operations / assistant / coordinator role
• Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
