Project Manager

Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the gaming industry, with proven success in managing large gaming projects (20+ people) at various stages - from startup and active development to operations. Proven experience in building processes from scratch, managing cross-functional teams, and leading complex production cycles. Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) and other project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Kanban, ToC. Understanding of the Theory of Constraints and Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize processes and resources. Experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, Lark, MS Project, and others), ensuring transparency and planning efficiency. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, enabling informed decision-making in a multitasking environment. Outstanding communication skills, ability to effectively prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment. Deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry. Bonus points for: Working proficiency in English. Understanding the specifics of mobile platforms. Passion for football.
