• Partner with HR to design and deploy a performance review framework
• Build real-time team-wide visibility into team performance: dashboards / reporting that surface blockers and progress without requiring manual status updates.
• Support org design decisions as Tangem scales: role definitions, reporting lines, and onboarding structured before each hiring wave.

Strategic Projects & Special Initiatives

• Help run high-priority cross-functional initiatives that lack a clear owner.
• Identify and structure ad-hoc strategic projects (new market entry, M&A opportunities, key partnerships, operational pivots) early enough to prevent them from becoming CEO bottlenecks.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Hands-on with AI and automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent) — can build and ship independently, not just evaluate.
• Systems builder: designs frameworks that run without you — processes, not one-off fixes.
• Discretion and trust: handles sensitive investor, board, and people information without leakage or misuse.
• Proven in a high-growth environment (Series A+): has operated close to a CEO, owned cross-functional projects, and delivered without hand-holding.

SUCCESS CRITERIA

You will be evaluated against these specific outcomes:

• Day 30: CEO workflow audit complete; personal automation backlog presented; investor CRM live and populated.
• Day 60: Several CEO-level automations shipped; performance review tooling live; investor materials current and pipeline tracked with zero gaps.
• Day 90: Several company-wide automations shipped; all departments have an active automation initiative; monthly efficiency report delivered; org scaling plan documented for next hiring wave.
