We're hiring for a Product Operations Manager at Confirmo. This is a new role inside our Product team. You'd own the operational backbone of Product: release processes, feedback loops, cross-functional coordination, and roadmap hygiene. On top of that, you'd build the internal AI tools and automations that let PMs focus on shipping.
We're looking for someone who's AI-first by default: Claude Projects, custom GPTs, lightweight agents wiring tools such as Linear, Notion, and Slack together.
