Senior Recruiter (Media Buying Experience ONLY)

** Position: Senior Recruiter (Media Buying Experience ONLY)

Work Format: Remote, full-time.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a successful track record of recruiting specialists for Media Buying or Web3 teams. We need someone who has an excellent understanding of the specifics of these markets, knows where to find strong candidates, and can independently manage the full recruitment cycle.

Key Tasks:

• Full recruitment cycle.
• Filling vacancies for Media Buying, Performance Marketing, Affiliate, Arbitrage, or Web3 teams.
• Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Telegram, X-Ray Search, referrals, and other channels.
• Conducting interviews and supporting candidates until they start working.
• Interacting with hiring managers and participating in the development of recruitment processes.

Who We Are Looking For:

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience (Senior level).
• Mandatory successful experience in recruiting specialists in Media Buying or Web3.
• Deep understanding of the Media Buying and/or Web3 market.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• English language will be an advantage.
