We are a team creating technological services for automating the activities of data scientists at various stages of MLOPS.

We are looking for a strong developer with whom we will jointly develop Sber.DS – a platform for creating and validating machine learning models.

We are developing the new innovative Sber.DS Platform. It is a product line that solves Sberbank's tasks in managing model risk, as well as accelerating the development of AI models and disseminating knowledge about SOTA models and algorithms within the Sber DS community. The Platform's development aligns with global trends in "AI democratization," where model development becomes a task accessible to any user through visual design tools and the use of a library of pre-built components. An important part of the Platform is the accelerated model development service, which allows creating, validating quality, and retraining machine learning models using a visual editor.

Responsibilities

• Development and support of microservices in Go
• Participation in the architectural design of new services and microservice systems
• Ensuring the scalability, fault tolerance, and performance of services
• Working with databases
• Writing unit tests
• Code review
• Implementation of AI tools
• Participation in task effort estimation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial development experience in Go
• Deep understanding of the Golang language
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with Apache Kafka
• Experience writing unit tests
• Proficient work with Docker
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Teamwork experience with Git

Will be a plus:

• AI tools — experience using AI agents for development (autocompletion, test generation, refactoring).
• Knowledge of OpenSpec — writing and applying specifications for automatic code and documentation generation.
