Ayan Capital is a British fintech company creating Sharia-compliant financial products. We are developing a digital platform for financial services and are looking for a graphic and motion designer to help us communicate about the company and our products through clear and neat visual materials — from social media posts and short videos to presentations and event designs.
What you will be doing
- Creating visual materials for social media, advertising campaigns, and the website
- Developing animations and short videos about the company and products
- Animating text, logos, illustrations, and other graphic elements
- Working on videos from concept and storyboarding to editing and preparation for publication
- Designing presentations about the company, products, and projects
- Developing materials for forums and events: banners, stands, brochures, and other print materials
- Preparing designs for HR communications: job postings, team introductions, and internal announcements
- Maintaining Ayan's consistent visual style and developing templates for regular tasks
- Collaborating with colleagues from marketing, HR, and the product team: clarifying tasks, proposing solutions, and coordinating results
- Preparing materials for publication and printing, adapting them for different formats and platforms
What is important to us
- Experience in graphic and motion design, with a portfolio demonstrating examples in both areas
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Proficient in After Effects and video editing skills
- Good understanding of composition, typography, and color
- Understanding of animation principles: timing, rhythm, and smoothness of motion
- Ability to present information clearly through static graphics and animation
- Attention to detail: texts, sizes, spacing, and quality of final files
- Ability to plan your work, meet agreed deadlines, and work with feedback
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages is essential for communicating with the international team and working with materials
Will be a plus
- Experience working with fintech or financial products
- 3D design and animation skills
- Proficiency in InDesign, experience in preparing layouts for print and event design
